Phoenix Vega Mezz was incorporated in 2021. The core business activity of the company is to hold and manage part of the Phoenix and Vega Mezzanine and Junior notes.

Nayia Morphi, CEO, Executive Member
Nayia Morphi is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since July 2021. Nayia has extensive experience as a Director in several Boards of Directors, in executive and non-executive positions in various Companies. As CEO of a professional consultancy firm since 2009, she has developed a highly successful team specializing in tax advice, international tax planning, credit and financial / business consulting. She extensively engages in the marketing, development and management activities of the Company. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, a member of STEP. She is a graduate of the University of East Anglia in the UK (BSc (Hons) Accountancy with Law) and a candidate for the TRIUM (NYU / LSE / HEC) Executive MBA. She holds various diplomas and certificates with the most recent ones being: a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (UK), an Advanced Certificate in Financial Services Legal Framework (CySec), a Certificate in Cryptocurrency and Disruption (LSE) and a Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk (ICA).
Maria Dimitriou, Non-executive member
Maria is a member of the Board of the Company since July 2021. Maria has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the management of companies and trusts and has been involved with a wide range of transactions concerning corporate entities and high net worth individuals from all over the world. She is a graduate of the University of Piraeus (Bachelor of Economics) and holds a degree in International Trust Management. She is also a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Zoe Christou, Non-executive member
Zoe is a member of the Board of the Company since July 2021. Zoe is a graduate of the University of East Anglia, UK (Bachelor of Laws (LLB)) and holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in International Commercial and Business Law) from the same university. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2005 and is an active attorney and a registered mediator in commercial and civil disputes.
